Technical Product Manager • Product Designer

I bridge engineering, design, and business, turning ambiguity into measurable value, grounded in hands-on technical experience.

Product Design Values

Principles I use to steer teams under ambiguity

Signal over Noise

Start with the value. Cut through noise. Frame success metrics before features to avoid waste and thrash.

Data In before UI

Surface area ≠ value. I’ve led pivots where data ingestion and integrity unlocked the real milestone—and the UI followed.

Build Iteratively

Ship thin slices. Validate quickly. Renegotiate scope with evidence. Keep outcomes flowing for customers and stakeholders.

Tell the Story

Narrative aligns teams. I translate between execs, engineers, and users—so decisions stick and teams move.

Career Trajectory

I began in escalated web support and QA, moved into UX and front-end engineering, then product design and delivery leadership. Today I operate as a Technical Product Manager who can go deep with engineers and communicate clearly with the business.

Madison [Colleague]Product Owner

Michelle has an incredible ability to take complex, ambiguous projects and turn them into clear, manageable work items. She asks thoughtful questions that help the team stay grounded in the strategy, value, and the 'why' behind what we're building. Even in her first few weeks at ProviderTrust, she was already spotting ways to improve how we delivered work and communicated across teams. This drive to be better was consistent throughout her entire time with ProviderTrust. She constantly pushed us to be better, and I'm so grateful I got the chance to work with her.

Joshua [Engineer]SDET II

Michelle was my PO at ProviderTrust. From the beginning, I was impressed with how quickly she learned our complex apps and workflows and how eloquently she was able to speak about our products. She ran our agile ceremonies efficiently and was always on top of our deadlines. She kept the team focused, informed, and removed any blockers she could. Aside from her incredible intelligence, Michelle was so adaptable and would easily modify how we worked based on our retrospective feedback. She pioneered the Product space, establishing countless documentation standards and implementing what one leader called a “genius” organizational change. She has far exceeded her role and her quality of work speaks for itself.
